Geomodeling Names New VP Sales & Services

Veteran E&P Executive to Head up Global Sales Organization

CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Geomodeling Technology Corp., a leading provider of innovative software for the upstream oil and gas industry, is pleased to announce that Mr. Kevin Donihoo has joined the company as Vice President of Sales & Services.  Mr. Donihoo brings an extensive background in the upstream energy industry to Geomodeling, offering great breadth of experience in strategic business development, product innovation, and executive management.

Kevin has 30 years of experience in the energy and high technology industry sectors, with a demonstrated track record of identifying opportunities, encouraging growth, and driving sales.  His experience spans both the business and technical domains of upstream energy, including software product development, marketing and sales, and exploration geology and geophysics.  Prior to joining Geomodeling he was Senior Vice President of Marketing, Products and Business Development for GX Technology in Houston, Texas.  Past positions include President of Integrated Exploration Systems GmbH, Director of Product Management for Landmark Graphics and Asia Pacific Marketing Manager for Landmark Graphics.  Kevin began his career as an explorationist, discovering new oil and gas fields in challenging stratigraphic plays for Arco, Amerada Hess and Blackstone Oil.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of California, Davis
